Orders that exceed CAD $125 (before tax) may be eligible for free shipping, according to the terms and conditions below. For your convenience, free shipping is automatically applied during your checkout process on our website.

NOTE: Large baskets always carry a flat rate shipping fee of $25 per basket, regardless of order total. These items never ship free.
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
Offer applies in Canada on Canadian orders only.
Offer applies only to items purchased from www.heartinhand.ca
Offer excludes large/bulky items to which an additional flat rate fee have been associated (e.g. large Bolga baskets are charged $25 each for shipping, regardless of total order amount).
Offer excludes any special/priority posting and applies to regular shipping only.
If you change your order after initial processing, you may affect your eligibility for free shipping and will be required to pay standard shipping charges.

We (Heart in Hand) reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
We offer curbside/in-store pickup for those customers who buy online and prefer to pick up their products in person at our boutique location (Art Factory, 11 Bridge Street, Renfrew, ON, K7V 3R1) rather than pay for shipping. You can select this option during the online checkout process. After your order is processed, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification. When you receive it, you are welcome to proceed to the boutique and come inside.
Free Local Delivery:
We offer free delivery to local addresses (in the K7V and K7S postal areas). This is offered as a courtesy and is at our discretion. If you select free delivery during the purchase process and we determine that you are outside the delivery area, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Standard Shipping Terms:
We currently ship everywhere within Canada and the US.
Additional international shipping is under consideration.
We currently use Canada Post for all shipments.
We will only ship to a P.O. Box after consultation with the customer. Please contact our Customer Service Department for approval prior to placing your order: firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard Shipping Fees:
We use a flat rate Canada Post shipping fee of $12.99 CAD for all international orders (regardless of the total order amount).
We use a flat rate Canada Post shipping fee of $12.99 CAD for all Canadian orders less than $125 CAD. Canadian orders greater than $125 CAD are given free shipping; as per above.
We use a flat rate shipping fee of $25 CAD per basket, for large baskets, regardless of order total; these large and bulky items never ship free.
These fees are applied online, at the time you place your order, unless you select in-person pickup or local delivery options instead.
Additional fees and charges may be applicable, according to the below.
Oversize/overweight orders will incur additional shipping charges. Customer Service will contact customer for authorization or additional fees once order has been processed.
Overweight products are orders weighing 30 kg / 66 lbs or more.
Oversize products or orders that measure 122cm/ 48 inches or more in any measurement.
Additional charges apply to deliveries to certain remote areas outside of our standard delivery zone. Customer Service will contact you with the exact amount and to proceed with payment of additional charges with your permission.
U.S. / International Orders:
You are responsible for any/all customs charges or taxes and duties, and we are not responsible for any delays this may cause.
Customs or brokerage fees for international orders are to be paid in full by the customer.
Out-of-Stock and Back Orders:
If an item is purchased that is not in stock, we will contact you with the option to wait, substitute the item, or cancel. If you agree on the option to wait, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
It will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges when returning orders that have already been shipped.
For parcels sent by Canada Post, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. We can also manually email you tracking numbers upon request.
